By accessing or using the Triple IT Ltd website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. All software engineering, consulting, and development services are governed by formal project agreements and Statements of Work (SOW).

All intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for clients are assigned according to the respective client contract terms upon full settlement of associated milestone invoices.
